Incognito Mode

Available exclusively for Enterprise users, Incognito Mode provides enhanced privacy for sensitive workflows.

When Incognito Mode is enabled, your workflows will not store the inputs and outputs of nodes. This means:
  • Workflow execution proceeds normally
  • Results are delivered as expected
  • No sensitive data is persisted on Gumloop servers
  • Inputs and outputs cannot be viewed in run history
For example, if your workflow processes confidential documents:
  1. It reads sensitive content from Google Docs
  2. AI analyzes and categorizes the content
  3. Results are stored in your systems
With Incognito Mode, the content and AI analysis are processed but not stored on Gumloop servers, leaving no trace of the sensitive information. Incognito Mode is ideal for:
  • Processing legal documents with sensitive information
  • Handling financial data
  • Working with protected health information (PHI)
  • Managing confidential intellectual property
Enabling it is as simple as toggling the “Incognito Mode” option at the top of your workflow and saving the workflow.
