Everything about a paid Gumloop subscription is handled from Manage Subscription on the Usage & Limits page (Settings > Organization > Usage & Limits). Select Manage Subscription to open the secure Stripe billing portal in a new tab.

Who can open it

In an organization, only the Admin role can open the billing portal.

What you can do in the portal

Download an invoice

  1. Open the Usage & Limits page.
  2. Select Manage Subscription in the Plan card.
  3. Find the payment under invoice history.
  4. Download the PDF invoice or receipt.
If you need an invoice reissued or need PO or procurement paperwork, email accounting@gumloop.com.

Cancel your subscription

  1. Open the Usage & Limits page.
  2. Select Manage Subscription in the Plan card.
  3. Select Cancel plan in the billing portal.
The plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Until then, the Plan card shows a Cancels badge with that date, and your credits remain usable. During the 14-day Pro trial, cancelling stops the card from being charged when the trial ends.
You can resubscribe later from the pricing page. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your workspace or data.

Enterprise plans

Enterprise subscriptions are invoiced directly, so the self-serve billing portal does not apply. Email accounting@gumloop.com for invoices, PO numbers, or plan changes.
