Turn on Create triggers in the agent’s Access → User Permissions. Users can then create and edit the triggers they own on that agent — schedules, app triggers, and webhooks.
  1. Open the agent and go to the Access tab.
  2. Scroll to User Permissions.
  3. Set Create triggers to Allow.
  4. Save.
Users only ever manage their own triggers. Owners manage every trigger on the agent. Your triggers appear under Mine; Owners and Org Admins can also see other people’s triggers under Team.

Turning it back off

Set Create triggers to Don’t allow. If Users already have triggers, Gumloop asks what should happen to them:
  • Keep running — existing User-owned triggers keep firing. Users cannot create, edit, or activate triggers, but can still view, deactivate, and delete their own. Owners retain full trigger-management access.
  • Disable them — they are switched off.
Owners can still see and re-enable those triggers afterwards. Allowing creation again does not automatically reactivate triggers that were deactivated.
