If you are a User on an agent and need to change it, ask an Owner for Owner access from inside the agent.
  1. Open the agent.
  2. Click the menu next to its name.
  3. Choose Request Owner access.
  4. Pick which Owner should get the request and click Send request.
The menu item only appears if you are a User — Owners already have full access. Once sent, it reads Owner access requested so you do not send it twice. Owner access lets you edit the agent, manage access, and review all tasks and their task-linked artifacts. It does not automatically grant access to another person’s private persistent workspace files.

What the Owner sees

The request lands in their inbox (and in Slack, if they have Slack connected), where they can Approve, Reject, or Dismiss it. You get access the moment they approve.

FAQ

You are already an Owner, or you reached the agent through an org admin override rather than as a User. Admins see Claim Ownership instead.
Ask a different Owner, or ask an org admin — they can add you as an Owner directly from the agent’s Access tab.
Ask an Owner to turn on the relevant User Permission instead. That is a smaller change than making you an Owner.
