Why can't I see a knowledge source?

To see a knowledge source you must be a member of the organization that owns it, not just a team that can see it. Check these in order:

Are you in the owning organization? Joining a team doesn’t make you an organization member. If you are on the team but outside the organization, Brain intentionally shows you nothing from that source, because the organization’s access settings can’t apply to you.
Are you in a team with access to the source? Team-scoped sources are visible to team members. Ask the source owner which team it lives in.
Does your role allow Brain access? Organization admins can restrict Brain access through roles and permissions. If the first two check out, ask your admin.
