- Are you in the owning organization? Being added to a team does not make you an organization member. If you are on the team but outside the organization, Brain intentionally shows you nothing from that source, because the organization’s access settings cannot apply to you.
- Are you in the team the source is shared with? Team scoped sources are visible to team members. Ask the source owner which team it lives in.
- Does your role allow Brain access? Organization admins can restrict Brain access through roles and permissions. If the first two check out, ask your admin.

Confirm you are a member of the same organization as the team. A team invite alone is not enough.
