About every hour, automatically. Each sync picks up new documents, changed content, deletions, and permission changes from the original system. To update a source right now, open its three-dot menu and choose Re-sync. Syncs are incremental for most sources: only new or changed documents are processed (and billed), so routine hourly syncs are fast and usually free. Direct file uploads never sync on a schedule — they only change when you add or remove files. You can follow progress on the source’s row and page: Each source’s page also keeps a history of past sync runs. When you run a sync, you get an email when it finishes — always on failure, and on success only for syncs long enough that you have probably stopped watching. Automatic scheduled syncs do not send success emails.

FAQ
