Agent session tools

Use these tools to start agent sessions, continue conversations, and check session status.

`get_agent_status`	Poll an agent interaction and retrieve its completed response	`interaction_id`
`create_agent_session`	Start an agent session and return its completed response	`agent_id`, `message`
`get_session`	Fetch the state and result of an agent session by ID	`session_id`
`send_session_message`	Send a follow-up message and return the completed response	`session_id`, `message`
`cancel_session`	Cancel an in-progress agent session	`session_id`
`rename_session`	Rename an agent session (chat)	`session_id`, `name`
`list_agent_sessions`	List an agent’s sessions with search, filters, sorting, and pagination	`agent_id`
`resolve_session_approvals`	Answer pending approvals or human-input requests on a paused session	`session_id`, `approval_responses`

Get pending ask IDs from pending_approvals on get_session. Each response is accept or reject, with an optional reason; for human-input asks, pass answers in response.values. Resolve up to 20 asks per call.
