# Flow and run tools

Use these tools to discover saved flows and workbooks, start runs, and inspect their results.

| Tool | Description | Required inputs |

| `list_saved_flows` | List saved flows for a user or project | None |
| `list_workbooks` | List workbooks and their saved flows | None |
| `start_flow_run` | Start a flow run with optional input-step values | `saved_item_id`, `user_id` |
| `get_run_details` | Retrieve a flow run's state, outputs, and logs | `run_id` |
| `get_run_history` | Retrieve the 10 most recent runs for a workbook or saved item | `workbook_id`, `saved_item_id` |
