# Account and Billing

Your plan, payment details, invoices, and cancellations all live behind **Manage Subscription** on the [Usage & Limits page](https://www.gumloop.com/settings/organization/limits). Full reference: [Subscription Management](/core-concepts/subscription_management).

In an organization, only the [Admin](/core-concepts/organization_user_roles) role can open the billing portal. Questions about invoices, payment methods, or procurement paperwork go to [accounting@gumloop.com](mailto:accounting@gumloop.com) rather than support.
