# Enterprise features

> Identity, governance, security, and admin controls available on the Gumloop Enterprise plan.

Gumloop Enterprise adds identity, governance, security, and visibility controls for organizations rolling out agents across many teams.

## FAQ

  <Accordion title="What does the lock icon beside a guide mean?">
    The title is visible so you can discover the feature, but the guide requires a docs sign-in. Select the guide, sign in with the Gumloop account that belongs to your Enterprise organization, then approve **Gumloop Docs**. If your account has access, the guide opens and the lock disappears. The public overview and guides for features also available on Pro do not require sign-in.

    Enterprise setup guides require a Gumloop account that belongs to an Enterprise organization. If access is denied, check that you used the right work account. If your organization is on Enterprise and the guide is still unavailable, [contact support](https://portal.usepylon.com/gumloop/forms/help).
